• Sit-to-Stand Exercise From a Physical Therapist (Basic to Advanced)



    Physical therapist Kathleen Matejik, PT, DPT, leads a sit-to-stand exercise with progressions from basic to advanced, including lumbar extensions and an overhead combination.

    Kathleen received a doctor of physical therapy degree from Temple University and is certified in mechanical diagnosis and therapy. She practices physical therapy at her outpatient clinic, Specialized Spine & Joint Physical Therapy, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, where she uses the McKenzie Method, a mostly hands-off method of physical therapy to relieve pain via telehealth.
