Practice Description: Currently, I serve as the Rehab Services Director for Lexington Regional Health Center. I have been practicing at this facility for 15 years. The therapists at this facility are committed to providing customized and personal care to assist individuals with returning to the functional level and activities they desire. Therapy can be provided at our local hospital, through home health services, at our outpatient clinic, Park Avenue Estates and most recently we have started a clinic at Tyson.
