Practice Description: Intermed is a physician own group that focuses on primary care. But also provides several specialties ( cardio, dermatology, sports, physical therapy and lab among others). We have 2 out patient clinics one in south portland and one in Yarmouth. We also have an onsite clinic at llbean in Freeport and at Idexx in Westbrook. All together we have 12 PT's and 8 ATC's.
