Practice Description: I have a proactive philosophy, which includes educating you-the patient and/or family member-in methods to prevent relapses or how to treat your diagnosis at home, workplace, and/or fitness/recreation center. Our therapists will provide you with an independent home program. They are an excellent resource for questions/concerns during and after your rehabilitation. We are Medicare, Medicaid and BWC certified and are contracted with a variety of commercial insurances.
