Practice Description: Rule Pediatric Therapy Services is a PT owned physical therapy practice based in Mt Vernon, Texas and employing three PTs including myself, and four PTAs. We provide contract services to schools, early intervention programs, and pediatric home health agencies in the northeast Texas area.
