Alexandra Hill is a pelvic health and oncology physical therapist and owner of OncoPelvic PT.

Hill specializes in pelvic health, oncology, and lymphedema rehabilitation for all genders. She is an active advocate for advancing care within pelvic health and oncology physical therapy, particularly for minorities and underserved populations. She is also passionate about providing inclusive and empowering education on pelvic health and oncology rehab.

She is a dual board-certified clinical specialist in oncologic and pelvic and women's health physical therapy and a certified lymphedema therapist.

She has peer-reviewed publications on pelvic health and oncology rehab, has been a textbook contributor, lectured for doctor of physical therapy programs across the United States, and presented at national and international conferences.

Hill is an active APTA member. She previously served in roles for the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health, including director of financial development and co-chair on the Pelvic Health Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access Committee. She has been an item writer for the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties’ Academy of Content Experts for both the Women’s Health and Oncology Clinical Specialist Exams, an ABPTS Clinical Content Expert for Oncology Specialization, and the APTA Academy of Oncologic Physical Therapy Centennial Scholar.
