APTA Spokesperson 

APTA Spokesperson David Herzberg is the owner and operator of Launch Physical Therapy & Sports Performance Center, LLC.

Specializing in sport-specific impairments, musculoskeletal, and orthopedic injuries, Herzberg works closely with patients to address issues related to biomechanical, movement, and postural dysfunctions. His patient-centered, evidence-based practice approach emphasizes individualized health, wellness, and sports performance programs that promote long-term function and injury prevention. He is very passionate about patient healthcare advocacy and clinical education to promote healthier lifestyles and mitigate the risk of unnecessary surgery or dependence on pain medications.

He is dedicated to ongoing continuing education and has acquired certifications in various evidence-based treatment models, including Integrative Dry Needling, Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques, and multiple manual therapy protocols. He is also trained in treating cervicogenic dizziness, balance/vestibular/concussion disorders, and TMJ dysfunction.

Herzberg received his doctor of physical therapy degree from Northern Arizona University. He is a certified athletic trainer and a certified strength and conditioning specialist, which has enhanced his ability to care for high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. 

He is devoted to fitness and endurance sports, including triathlons, mountain biking, and running.
