• Balance and Mobility Exercises



    Physical therapist Lisa Bell, PT, leads exercises for older adults and those with balance issues.

    Lisa has practiced physical therapy for over 30 years, working with all ages in a variety of settings. She currently focuses on balance training, vestibular therapy, and reducing the risk of falling for older adults. In addition to being a licensed physical therapist, Lisa completed the vestibular rehabilitation competency course at Emory University School of Medicine, and is a certified FallProof instructor.
