Rebecca Lynn Craik, PT, FAPTA

Adaptability is a research theme in working with the older adult or examining animal models of human disease. My passion is to do or facilitate research. I started at MossRehab/Temple in a research lab. At Arcadia U, I served as PT faculty, chair, & CHS Dean. I retired from Arcadia in 2023. I have been funded by NIH & reviewed grants for federal & private foundations internationally. I presented regularly at CSM and SFN. Invitations to speak have taken me across the country and around the world.

Professional Education

I completed a BA in Biology at CWRU, graduated in the first MS class in PT at Duke U, and received PhD in physiology from Temple U. Although not a formal post doc, I learned surgery, behavioral testing, and imaging techniques at Vet Med, U Penn.

Additional Interests

Caring for others is key. Mentoring young professionals, supporting colleagues development & philanthropy engagement are of interest. Maintaining a collaborative & active community of colleagues and friends who promote goodness in society is vita
