Amber Lorraine Hulbert, PT, DPT

Amber Hulbert, PT, DPT, is a pediatric physical therapist II and clinical instructor with California Children’s Services, where she has practiced since 2006. She is adjunct faculty at Mount Saint Mary’s University and has been co-instructor of pediatric content for the DPT program since 2020.

Professional Education

Dr. Hulbert earned a post-professional clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy in Pediatric Science through Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2025. She earned her Master of Physical Therapy from CSU Long Beach in 2006.

Additional Interests

As a founding member of SoCal Trykers, a non-profit chapter of AMBUCS, she volunteers with local therapists and community members to fundraise and provide adapted tricycles for children and young adults with disabilities.
