Sarah Kramer, PT, DPT

I am a Physical Therapist focused in athlete rehab and orthopedic injuries in Colorado. I recently received my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Creighton University with Sports Specialization. I also have my CSCS and USAW-L1 certifications and have participated on a research team for ACL injury and return to sport at Creighton. Prior to DPT school, I attended Creighton for my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish. Outside of PT, I am also a person/group fitness trainer.
