I speak many manual therapy languages but most often use movement and exercise as my vehicle to improvement. I am certified as a strength and conditioning coach. I am a Level 3 Titleist Golf Medical and Golf Fitness professional. I am a Master Trainer for boththe Painfree Performance Specialist Certification and for Dynamic Variable Resistance Training and am the lead instructor for Kettlebells for Clinicians. I see more baseball players than anything else but enjoy general population too.
