    Cressida Lewis, PT, MSPT, leads a series of seated exercises that can be safely done at home by older adults on their own, or with the help of caregivers.

    Cressida received a master of physical therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh. For over a decade, she has enjoyed helping older adults with strength and function so they can enjoy the best quality of life possible.
