Over decades in which she suffered from debilitating migraine episodes that would last several days, Angelie Alciatore felt as if she'd tried every treatment imaginable, including countless medications. Finally, her neurologist recommended she see a physical therapist for trigger point therapy.

Angelie Alciatore lives in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Claire Melebeck, PT, DPT, is a manual therapist who specializes in the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunction and pain syndromes, specifically headaches, TMJ dysfunction, and chronic pain. She is a 2009 graduate of Louisiana State UniversityHealth Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and completed a residency in orthopedics and practice management.
