I spend most of my days providing instruction to students, leading a talented group of faculty, and providing consultative services in the areas of ethics, higher education, and physical therapy practice.

Robert M. Frampton, PT

Dr. Frampton is the Dean for the College of Health and Human Services at Touro University Nevada. He started at Touro as the Program Director in Physical Therapy in 2024. Prior to that he was the Program Director for Physical Therapy and Assistant Dean at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, MI. He has been a licensed physical therapist for over 30 years.
