I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, healthcare advocate, and co-founder of Optimum Health Physical Therapy (OHPT) with more than 17 years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, sports medicine, and patient-centered care. I am committed to delivering evidence-based physical therapy while helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life.
