Rob Satriano, PT, DPT

Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with extensive experience in integrative and holistic care, specializing in complex and chronic conditions. My clinical approach blends evidence-based practice with advanced manual therapies, pain science, and movement-based rehabilitation to restore function and optimize performance. I have worked with a diverse patient population including individuals with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, fibromyalgia, neurological disorders, and performing artists. My background also includes providing on-site care for U.S. Special Forces training missions and backstage treatment at the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. In addition to clinical practice, I am actively involved in teaching and mentorship, serving as faculty for Myopain Dry Needling Seminars and as a guest lecturer at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. My work emphasizes individualized care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and empowering patients through education and movement.
