Practice Description: SWAN Rehab uses a unique and innovative approach for stroke and head injury rehabilitation in a day program. SWAN Rehab uses cutting edge techniques based on the latest research to maximize arm, hand, and leg function as well as to improve balance and walking ability. Our clinic has the opportunity to participate in research as we collaborate with other medical professionals in the valley who are investigating new devices and treatment options for neuro rehabilitation.
