Lindsey Zulkosky, PT, DPT

I am the Clinic Director of the East Petersburg, PA clinic for Upstream Rehabilitation and oversee other clinical staff such as PTs and PTAs.

Professional Education

I obtained a Doctor in Physical Therapy degree from Lebanon Valley College in 2022. I completed continuing education in pelvic health and am a Certified Pelvic Health Clinician through IAMT.
