June 3, 2021: Most of the time headaches are just what the meaning of the word implies — a pain. Often, they go away on their own, perhaps with the help of an over-the-counter medicine.
But there are headaches, and then there are headaches. This other type may recur often or may last for a long time. They also may need treatment by a physical therapist — or other health care provider — to improve.
