Lainey Havertape, PT, DPT

I proudly graduated from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy at University of Indianapolis in 2010. I quickly began specializing in pelvic health. In 2014 I completed all of the requirements to earn my Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic). I have extensive experience treating pelvic pain and incontinence conditions as well as a wide range of spine, orthopedic, and chronic pain conditions. I also have experience teaching physical therapy assistant students.
