Timothy Mark Hart, Jr, PT, DPT

Mark Hart earned his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from LSU Health???Shreveport. He began his career in outpatient physical therapy in St. Louis, Missouri, before returning home to the Shreveport/Bossier City area to raise his family. Demonstrating that learning never stops, Mark completed his transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy degree through Evidence in Motion in 2026. Mark has been with Elite Physical Therapy (formerly Tri-State Physical Therapy) for over 30 years, serving in a variety of roles including technician, student, physical therapist, clinic director, and partner. This long-standing commitment reflects his deep connection to the practice and the community it serves. Mark is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through physical therapy. Above all, he values building lasting relationships with his patients and believes that having fun along the way is an important part of recovery. Outside of the clinic, Mark enjoys traveling with his extended family, cheering on the LSU Tigers, bird hunting, and shooting sporting clays.
