Physical therapy provided including manual therapy (myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization), patient education, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, muscle coordination & mobility training.

Graduated Columbia University with MS Physical Therapy with Honors in 1994 Orthopedic and pelvic physical therapist in Charlotte, NC for >30 years having worked in both major hospital systems and private practices. Certified trigger point manual therapist in Dry Needling (including pelvic muscle dry needling) I have studied with the Institute of Physical Art, Double EE and Myopain for dry needling, John Barnes for myofascial release techniques, Herman & Wallace & Pelvic Global.
