Alberto Segura Jr, DPT

I direct my care towards helping people live the lives they want to live, and educating them on how to maintain their bodies. It’s the runner or cyclist freaking out because their event is coming up and don’t know if they can do it, or high schooler not wanting to miss out. It’s older folks wondering how they’re going to keep living on their own. It’s the injured worker trying to rediscover their new normal. We all end up with our own challenges, and I love helping people meet those challenges!
