Stephanie has over a decade of experience helping people move with less pain & more confidence. Her one-on-one approach is intentionally different from traditional PT. Her practice is grounded in compassion, curiosity, & true partnership. She takes time to understand your story, explore the cause of symptoms, & develop a personalized care plan. Stephanie specializes in helping people through chronic pain, new or complex diagnoses, & life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, & menopause.

Stephanie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Illinois Chicago.

Additional Interests

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys being outdoors. Her favorite days are spent hiking with her husband in local forest preserves, attending cookouts with family and friends, and reading in her backyard.
