Practice Description: The Wellness Track, LLC provides Physical Therapy + Medical Fitness for active adults with headaches, migraines, TMJ, neck pain, back pain, recurring pain, and hypermobility. Our whole-person approach may include Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT), movement assessment, corrective exercise, strength and capacity building, and lifestyle education. We help you relieve pain, restore movement, build strength, and develop the tools and confidence to stay active.
