Katy Girlinghouse PT, DPT is a physical therapist who specializes in treatment of abdominopelvic dysfunction and pain. This includes urinary, bowel and sexual dysfunction as well as conditions related to pregnancy. Katy has extensive training in order to provide excellent care to all individuals. She seeks out respected mentors in the PT community to help her grow as a therapist and individual. Katy has mentored other pelvic health therapists.

Professional Education

Katy completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) at Texas Woman???s University in Dallas.

Additional Interests

Katy enjoys providing one-on-one patient care and individualizes her interventions to each patient. She uses a variety of evidence-based techniques including manual therapy, functional dry needling, biofeedback, and therapeutic exercise.
