I am certified as a prenatal and postpartum clinical exercise specialist and have served as a pelvic health specialist for over 25 years in the St. Louis, MO region. My expertise includes a certification in cupping application for myofascial release and soft tissue mobilization as well as experience with manual lymph drainage and complete decongestive therapy.
